Exploring additional Time Tracking Detail
It's occurred to me that while logging time on the fly, I'm missing an important dimension: I am able to track WHO I am working for but not WHAT type of work I might be doing.
This forces the user to create a task every time when that might be unnecessary.
What I am wondering is if it's possible to add the "Task Group" dropdown to Time Tracking on non-task related entries (i.e., right from main dashboard, or, while in a relationship record). This way, we can at least collect a flavor for the type of work being done, not just who the work is being done for, all without creating a task on which to store the time entry.
Just a thought, hoping to explore and learn how this might impact other users.
