Nesting Client Entities

You should be able to nest Client Entities under other client entities because often times a client entity is owned by other client entities. This would also be useful to see in the structure view.
Ex. The beneficial owner of ABC Corp (a client entity) is Person A & XYZ Corp (another client entity)
