It would be ideal to be able to use rich text functionality in the Interaction description box

This is currently planned as an enhancement request. We'll keep you posted on timings as it was a popular request!
Agree James! I would find this particularly helpful for number and bullet-point lists, bold type and url links.
I agree, James. Our team is frequently requesting this feature. It will be so much easier to take notes when on calls.
