Accessing the Practifi Success Portal

Overview

To access certain features within the Practifi Success Portal, Administrators will need a new user profile. The user profile is created on your behalf by your Implementation Consultant or the Practifi Support team. Once created, the user will receive emails from Practifi Success to establish the account's password. This article outlines the emails you will receive as part of this process. If there are any questions or concerns around your Practifi Success Portal credentials, please reach out to your CSM or Implementation Consultant. 

Setting Your Password

  1. After receiving your Create a password for Practifi Success email, select the Create a password link. This will open a new window in your internet browser.

    Please note: Depending on your email settings, this email may be delivered to your spam folder or may take a moment to arrive in your inbox.

  2. On the choose your secret password page, enter your Practifi Success password in the Your password field.

    Please note: Your password may differ from your log-in credentials for Practifi and must meet the following requirements.
    • Must be at least 5 characters
    • Must be fewer than 128 characters
    • Must be different from email address

  3. Once you have entered your password, select the Set password button.

  4. Upon selecting the Set password button, you will be redirected to the Practifi Success Portal home page and will be automatically logged in. 

Resetting Your Password

Reach out to your CSM requesting a password reset for your Practifi Success Portal account or have another user within your organization with Practifi Success Portal build a Practifi Support request on your behalf.  Your CSM or Practifi Support will trigger a password reset email to be sent to the email address associated with your Practifi Success Portal account.

Please note: Depending on your email settings this email may be delivered to your spam folder or may take a moment to arrive in your inbox. 

  1. Once you have received the password reset email, select the password link. This will open a new window in your internet browser.

  2. On the Change password page, enter your new Practifi Success password in the New password field.

    Please note: Your password may differ from your log-in credentials for Practifi and must meet the following requirements. 
    • Must be at least 5 characters
    • Must be fewer than 128 characters
    • Must be different from email address

  3. Once you have entered your password, select the Change password button. Upon selecting this button, you will be redirected to the Practifi Success Portal home page and automatically logged in. You will also receive an email to the email associated with your Practifi Success Portal account informing you of this password change.
