Using the HubSpot integration
Bring your marketing automation and business management information closer together through the HubSpot integration with Practifi. This integration provides two-way sync for Client & Person records, adds timeline events from HubSpot to your Client interactions and allows access to HubSpot directly through a panel found on the Client record. Here's a breakdown of how information is shared between systems:
This integration is automated in its sync. This means that whenever a user creates a new contact within HubSpot or Practifi, it will sync across the two systems at an interval of every 15 minutes. System Administrators can modify sync settings based on field mapping to prevent fields sync if not required or desired.
When the HubSpot integration is enabled within your Practifi organization, a HubSpot section will display on the Contact's record page under the HubSpot Information section. Selecting the "Resync now" hyperlink in this section will sync the information about the related Contact from HubSpot into your Practifi organization.
