PractiFI's Bulk Create Tasks wizard allows you to easily create tasks en masse, related to members or services.
To create tasks in bulk:
- Go to the Launcher menu in the top nav bar and select Bulk Create Tasks.
- Choose whether you want to create tasks for members or services in Step 1 of the wizard (and if desired, set a batch name in case you need to track it at a later date) and click Next.
- In Step 2 of the wizard, select the relevant members or services using the filters or search. Note, your system administrator can customise the filters that you see on this screen. After selecting each record, click the Add to Selected List button and click Next.
- In Step 3 of the wizard, define the tasks that will be created for your set of clients or services. You can define multiple tasks, but watch the meter in the sidebar so as not to hit the limit (max 2000).
- Click Save & Finish.
Note: You cancel out of the Bulk Create Tasks wizard at any point by simply clicking Cancel & Finish.
