PractiFI's Bulk Launch Processes wizard allows you to easily create processes and tasks en masse, related to clients or services.
To launch processes in bulk:
- Go to the Launcher menu in the top nav bar and select Bulk Launch Processes.
- In Step 1 of the wizard, define process type, stage, due date and owner of the process. If the process relates to both client and service, choose either client or service as the type of record to which your processes and tasks will relate. Also confirm the description of the batch, in case you need to track it later.
- In Step 2 of the wizard, select the relevant clients or services using the filters or search. Note, your system administrator can customise the filters that you see on this screen. After selecting each record, click the Add to Selected List button and click Next.
- In Step 3 of the wizard, confirm the tasks that will be created for your selected set of clients or services. You can add multiple tasks, but watch the meter in the sidebar so as not to hit the limit (max 2000).
- Click Save & Finish.
Note: You cancel out of the Bulk Launch Processes wizard at any point by simply clicking Cancel & Finish.
