PractiFI's Bulk Create Interactions wizard allows you to easily create interactions en masse, related to clients or services. For example, you may have conducted a mass mail out campaign to all of your Premier clients and need to note this on every Premier client record.
To create interactions in bulk:
- Go to the Launcher menu in the top nav bar and select Bulk Create Interactions.
- Choose whether you want to create interactions for clients or services in Step 1 of the wizard (and if desired, set a batch name in case you need to track it at a later date) and click Next.
- In Step 2 of the wizard, select the relevant clients or services using the filters or search (for example, filter for Premier clients). Note, your system administrator can customise the filters that you see on this screen. After selecting each client, click the Add to Selected List button and click Next.
- In Step 3 of the wizard, define the interactions that will be created for your selected set of clients or services. You can define multiple interactions, but watch the meter in the sidebar so as not to hit the limit (max 2000).
- Click Save & Finish.
Note: You cancel out of the Bulk Create Interactions wizard at any point by simply clicking Cancel & Finish.
