From time to time as a PractiFI System Administrator, you may need to grant access to PractiFI’s support team in order to answer a question, resolve an issue or to help with some configuration. Here’s how:
- In the user menu, click Grant Login Access.
- Under the PractiFI Support line item, select the appropriate access duration.
- Click Save.
To return to PractiFI, select the PractiFI app from the app selector in the top right. If that’s not available (as is the case for certain user types), you should see a PractiFI tab, next to the Home tab in the header.
