From time to time, you may find the need to edit details for a client.
To edit a client:
- Navigate to the client that you wish to edit.
- You will land on the Basics screen.
- You will notice the sub-tabs of Client Info, Client Addresses, Service Summary, Client People^ and Client Entities sub tabs.
- Clicking on each of these sub-tabs will bring up the relevant information. Click the icon to edit details in any of these sub-tabs (except for Service Summary, which is derived from Services) and a pop-up will appear, allowing you to edit fields*.
- Click Save.
^The Client People tab is important, as it's where you can add/edit people within a client:
To add a person, click the Create New Person button (hint: clicking the arrow within the button allows you to add an existing person). Complete the required fields and save.
To edit a person, click on the icon next to the person and a popup will appear allowing you to edit the relevant fields.
*When you are in the edit Client Info popup, you will notice more sub-tabs such as Specifics, Scope Areas and History. Click on each one to edit the information within it.
