Note: Your PractiFI system administrator will need to install and enable this integration before you can use it.
Sending a document for signature:
- Navigate to the client or person you wish to send a document to.
- Click ‘Send with DocuSign’ from the Launcher menu .
- If launching from a client (household), you will be prompted to select a contact.
- DocuSign will open in a new tab.
- Complete the process as per DocuSign user guides (see the App Exchange listing for further DocuSign for Salesforce user guides)
Viewing the status of DocuSign envelopes and recipients:
- Navigate to the client or person you wish to send a document too.
- Click the Interactions tab in the vertical nav.
- Go to the DocuSign Status sub tab.
- You will see envelopes and recipients status (Note: attachments will only appear for Completed documents).
- For further detail, click the pencil icon for each record.
